Relic Tech Solutions started with a simple frustration: watching businesses buy tool after tool to numb a pain that never actually went away.

A business feels the pain, so it buys a tool. The pain moves. It buys another. Eighteen months later there are nine subscriptions, three versions of the truth, and the original process — the actual leak — still untouched underneath it all.

So we built a practice around doing it in the right order. Find the leak first. Fix the process. Then, and only then, bring in the technology that earns its place. And before we leave, teach your team to own it — because a consultant you depend on forever is just another subscription.
We believe businesses, like people, get trapped living by scripts nobody ever questioned. “The way we’ve always done it” is just an opinion with seniority. Our job is to question it — respectfully, rigorously, and with a spreadsheet/form.
